 I’m selling my own home, but a Realtor® saw my house on HTOL and wants to show it. Is that OK? |
 It’s up to you, but remember your goal is to sell your home: If a Realtor® has a buyer interested in your home, that’s great. Just realize that agents do this for a living... and if a buyer represented by an agent actually buys your home, the agent will normally expect to be compensated, either by you or by the buyer.
