 What if there is a hurricane or tropical storm? |
 Prior to arrival: If governmental authorities issue a Tropical Storm Warning along with a Voluntary Evacuation Order or a Hurricane Warning for the area, you will receive a refund of your deposit and prepaid rent. If you choose to cancel without the issuance of an official order, your security deposit will be forfeited unless equivalent revenue is generated for the time period. All prepaid rent will be refunded.
After arrival: If authorities issue the above-described statement during your occupancy and you choose to depart, a pro-rated rent refund will be mailed after your departure. Other stipulations may apply and you will be furnished details upon arrival if a Tropical Storm or Hurricane is approaching the area.
